How will my gift arrive?

Your gift will come exactly as shown in a stylish gift postal box, ready to give directly to the recipient.

Please note that our postal boxes primarily serve as protective packaging during shipping and can also be used as a gift box if they arrive intact.

How can I track my order?

Do you include any paperwork/billing information in the parcels?

As we know that the majority of gifts are sent directly to the recipient and not the buyer, we do not include any paperwork in with our parcels, other than a packing slip that does not contain any prices or buyer information.

I forgot to put my discount code in, what can I do?

If you forgot to apply your discount code during the order, we're sorry, but we can't add it after the order has been processed but we can offer a discount on subsequent orders.

What are the delivery options for the UK?

We ship with DHL, UPS, and Amazon Shipping.

Amazon Shipping Tracked-48 3-5 days: £2.85 (FREE for orders over £50)

DHL Shipping Next Day Service: £4.95 (£2.95 for orders over £50)

Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed during Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched on the next working day.

Postcode Exceptions - Please note that deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Islands have slightly different shipping options. These will be shown at the checkout.

International Shipping will cost more depending on the item and location.

For customers outside the UK, please keep the following in mind:

Delivery Time: European orders will be sent through UPS International Tracked service, taking approximately 5-7 working days for delivery. Keep in mind that unexpected customs audits might lead to longer delivery times.

Alcoholic Goods: Unfortunately, we're unable to send alcoholic products to Europe due to country-specific restrictions.
